Suggested Dosage:

Children Age 1-4 yrs:  Mix 3/4 tsp (4 ml) into 4 oz water or juice 2x daily or as directed by physician 

Age 5 yrs – Adult:   Mix 1.5 tsp (8 ml) into 4 oz water or juice, 2x daily or as directed by physician

Suggested juices that work best with New Beginnings Liquid Magnesium include pear, pineapple, grape or orange. It is advisable to begin dosing magnesium with less than a full dose and work up to a full dose over the period of one week. If loose stools and/or diarrhea appear, reduce the dosage until bowel movements normalize.
