Recommended Dose: Children (1-4 years): Take one scoop of HMF Natogen daily with a meal, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

If symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen or persist beyond three days, discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner. This product has come into contact with milk.
