Orders

Orders can be placed online while visiting our store. Currently we do not support orders placed by phone or e-mail. No limitations apply to the minimal amount of order. You can order only one product, if you need it.

Order of KlaireLab and Prothera products

KlaireLab and Prothera products can be ordered only by registered users having special status. Such status is given to doctors, homeopathic and naturopathic therapists and their patients.

Please specify in your registration form that you are interested in buying theses products, and we will process your application as soon as possible.

Delivery

The products are delivered from our logistic center located in Omaha, Nebraska, the USA.

Shipment price

When you finish shopping and start processing your order, the module connecting our store with the shipping companies gets activated. A quote including a list of shipping options, price and terms of shipment calculated by destination will be show you for your approval before a payment.A Payment will be executed when you choose one of the options, so you will know the shipping charges ahead of delivery and will not be charged additionally.

Shipment within the United States

We ship most orders by USPS . A quote containing shipping options, prices and terms will be sent to you via e-mail before the order is placed.

Shipment outside the United States

Deliveries outside the United States are shipped by Priority Mail or EMS of USPS . You can track your shipment on your local postal website. Several countries do not allow the import of biologically active food supplements. Our company is not responsible for the limitations applied by custom authorities of such countries. If the item is not allowed to be imported, the postal costs, including shipment and return, will not be refunded (see our Return Policy). Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation before the order.

We are also not responsible for the permanent or temporary termination of USPS operation in specific countries.

Priority Special (available to selected countries): As $25 for the box! This option applies to orders weighing 4 lbs (1814 grams) or less and minimum value 50 dollars. This shipment method has a 4 to 8 week delivery time.
Please note: If you choose Priority Special delivery, you will not be able to track your order. However, airmail deliveries are very reliable and are a favorite shipping method for our valued customers in Europe and Asia Pacific with an average delivery time of 20 days (including weekends). Also, chances are high that you will not pay any additional customs import taxes.

Please pay your attention

Refunds are not available if you choose Priority Special shipping methods and your order is lost.

Shipment of heat sensitive products (probiotics )

Probiotics will be shipped in ice packs. The cost of ice pack is $3. This amount will be automatically added to your order. If the order is for big amounts of probiotics we will discuss the shipment options and the number of ice packs with the client.
