Other Ingredients: Modified cellulose, Modified cellulose gum, Cellulose, Aqueous coating solution, Stearic acid, Titanium dioxide, Silica, Riboflavin, Carmine

Recommended Dose: Take 1 to 2 tablets one hour before bedtime. Up to three tablets may be taken.

Do not take this product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking sedatives or tranquilizers without first consulting your doctor.
