Each capsule contains: Optimized St. John's wort extract 300 mg standardized to .3% hypericin in a nutritive base of rosemary herb 80 mg and spirulina 40 mg. 

Recommended Use: Take 1 capsule two to three times daily with water at mealtimes. Best results are obtained with continuous use. Avoid prolonged exposure of individual capsules to direct sunlight. 
Caution: Limit direct exposure to the sun since skin may become photosensitive. Discontinue use in the event of a rash. This product should not be taken with any antidepressant medications. Do not use in children under the age of two. Avoid prolonged exposure of individual capsules to direct sunlight.
