Ingredients per tablet: 
Vitamin B-12 (as coenzyme methylcobalamin) 5 mg 

Other ingredients: 
Microcrystalline cellulose, mannitol, acerola berry extract, stevia rebaudiana extract, and magnesium stearate. 

This product does not contain wheat, rye, oats, corn, soy, barley, gluten, sucrose, fructose, wax, yeast, egg, preservatives, casein or any other milk derivatives. 

Suggested usage: 
As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily between meals or as directed by a health professional. Keep the tablet under the tongue for 2-3 minutes or until it is completely dissolved.
