Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) Leaf and Stem Oil Extract 0.02 mL 
Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) Whole Plant Oil Extract 0.02 mL 

Other Ingredients: gelatin, vegetable glycerin, modified cellulose, silica, titanium dioxide color, fractionated coconut oil, sodium alginate, and stearic acid.

Recommendations: Take 1 enteric-coated softgel between meals three times daily.
