Recommended Adult Dose: Take one tablet daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

If you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance, do not use. If you have a liver disorder; or any type of acute infection, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. If you are taking blood thinners, birth control medication; or if you are undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT), consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.
