Human MicroFlora (HMF) probiotics are proprietary, non-pathogenic, human-sourced microflora bacterial strains that exhibit strong epithelial adherence and a naturally high tolerance to stomach acid.

Recommended Adult Dose: In a glass, add eight ounces (250 ml) of water to one sachet (10 g) of HMF Cystgen and mix. Take once daily with a meal, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

If you are taking blood thinners; or if you have a history of kidney stones, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.
