Directions: Take one to three softgels daily with meals, or as directed by a physician. 

Squalene from shark liver oil is extracted from the shark species, Soniosus microcephulus and Lamna nusus. This rich source of natural deep sea shark liver oil is standardized to contain 100 mg of alkyglycerols and contains no yeast, wheat, mil, or milk derivatives, lactose, sugar, preservatives, soy, artifical color or flavor.
