Pure, undenatured whey protein powder. More commonly used whey protein products are heat-processed and do not possess the bioactivity of cold-processed whey. Optimal biological activity of whey protein is dependent on the undenatured conformation of the individual whey proteins preserved with cold processing. The unique proprietary cold-processing of IMUPlus® leads to greater biological activity and bioavailability, which affects such immune functions as RNA and DNA repair, antioxidant and hemoglobin production, and binding and removal of heavy metals.* Clinical findings suggest that IMUPlus® may raise hemoglobin and hematocrit.* IMUPlus® naturally contains concentrated amounts of alpha-lactalbumin (similar to mothers’ milk), serum albumin, lactoferrin and beta-lactoglobulin, all of which are high in cystine, which supports the production of antioxidants, especially those involved in liver detoxification.* Fat and lactose free, the whey used for IMUPlus® is from the milk of USDA Grade A dairy cows.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, 1 packet two to four times daily on an empty stomach at least 1/2 hour before eating, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Do not mix in a blender, or with acidic beverages such as fruit juice. Best mixed with a compatible protein or water. Do not use liquids above room temperature. For easy mixing shake in a jar with at least six ounces of liquid, let stand 5 minutes and shake again, drink within 20 minutes. For even easier mixing use Item no. 51560 Power Mixer, approved by the IMUPlus® manufacturer to be used with IMUPlus®.
