MegaEPA 180 softgels

The omega-3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), of cold-water fish have been linked by numerous studies with platelet function and lipid metabolism that are consistent with heart and vascular health. 

One softgel capsule provides:

Marine Lipids 1,200 mg 
Vitamin E (natural d-alpha tocopheryl) 5 IU 
Yielding 600 mg of omega-3 fatty acids in the following amounts: 
Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 360 mg 
Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 240 mg 
Suggested use for adults:

Two capsules, three times daily, with meals, or as directed. It is recommended that people who take MegaEPA also supplement vitamin E in order to protect against oxidative damage.
