Recommended Dose: Adult Smokers, Adults with Chronic Degenerative Disease and/or Adults over 65 years: Take one capsule two times daily with protein-containing meals, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond six months.
