Ingredients: Sugar-free dark chocolate flavored coating (unsweetened chocolate, erythritol, inulin, cocoa butter, milk fat [milk], lecithin [soy] [an emulsifier], natural flavor, reb A [extract of stevia]), protein blend (whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, whey crisps [whey protein concentrate, rice flour], rice protein concentrate), maltitol syrup, glycerine, almond butter, isomalto-oligosaccharides (prebiotic fiber), unsweetened chocolate, digestion resistant fiber (Fibersol®-2), MEG-3® Omega-3 powder (refined fish oil [anchovy, sardine], fish gelatin [tilapia]), xylitol, natural flavor, lecithin [soy], cocoa powder (processed with alkali), cocoa butter, sea salt, L-glutamine, stevia extract, coconut oil.
Made in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, eggs and wheat. Does not contain gluten.
Conversion of maltitol syrup, xylitol, erythritol and glycerine requires little or no insulin and does not cause a significant increase in serum glucose levels. However, people with diabetes should consult their physician or health professional about including maltitol syrup, xylitol, eryrthritol and glycerine in their daily diet. Glycerine is counted as a carbohydrate in all PaleoBars.
†The "Net Carbs" for 1 bar (2 servings) are calculated by subtracting the dietary fiber (6g) and other low glycemic carbohydrates including maltitol syrup, xylitol and erythritol (7g), and glycerine (4g) from the total carbohydrates (20g). Individuals who monitor their carbohydrate intake may deduct these low glycemic carbohydrates from the “Total Carb” count (in the Nutrition Facts panel) due to their minimal impact on blood sugar levels.
Allergen Information: Contains almonds, fish gelatin (tilapia), milk, soy and coconut products
